The Dead That Never Lived - 2009 Show Development

Following on from the success of the initial residency performance, Monkfish Productions is delighted to announce that it has just received funding from Arts Council England, North East to further develop the show for a showcase to venues and live literature promoters.  We’ll be working with our productions partners ARC in Stockton in June to develop the show, with the showcase event at ARC in Stockton on Tees in September.  If you are a venue or live literature promoter and would like to know more, get in touch!

Monkfish Productions has a team of highly skilled and experienced performance poets and artists from a range of disciplines that can provide a unique cultural offer to your school or community group.  So far we have developed bespoke workshops and projects with a range of primary and secondary schools in Newcastle and North Tyneside.  Our work has also included developing packages for hard to reach young people (including NEETs) and work with students as part of extra-curricular creative practice opportunities.
