Going the Social Distance November 2020 – February 2021
An online 12-week creative arts programme for young people aged 13-18 exploring creativity and wellbeing.
Monday evenings (term time only) at 6pm
Join our Creative Team Josie, Kema and Jennifer for some arts and crafts activities to get us through the winter months online.
We have creative and exciting ideas for:
Dealing with now: taking care of our own mental health in lockdown
Thinking about the future: what happens when we get out of lockdown, what could the immediate future look like and how can we cope?
What will coming out of lockdown look like how can we support each other?
We have three artists working on this project, and each young person gets a free art pack sent to them.
If you would like more information about booking a place, contact Claire at Monkfish Productions :

This project is funded by National Lottery Communities Fund with support from the governments £750m support package for charities.
A Little Bit of Good in The World is a new project exploring ways in which we can all stand together to do and share our own bits of good in the world where we work and where we live.
In this podcast with Audiovisual Cultures we talk about the 4 C’s of the project: creativity, connection, critical thinking and citizenship. We also hear from our friends at Projects 4 Change about our joint project with young people in Outer West of Newcastle upon Tyne.
